MPH Science Activity Guide is specially designed to guide teachers in carrying out the activities found in MPH Science Activity Book.  Useful suggestions and tips are provided to help teachers carry out the activities with much ease and success. This book is to be used together with MPH Science Activity Book Teachers' Edition.

Every activity in the MPH Science Activity Book is accompanied by corresponding guide in this book, which comprises these features:

• Aim(s) Of The Activity - The aim(s) of each activity is/are listed.  This will help give teachers a clearer idea of what the activity is about and the outcome(s) to be observed.
• Before You Carry Out The Activity! - This section guides teachers on how to prepare for an activity beforehand.  It consists of:
• a listing of topics that pupils should preferably have been taught, so that pupils are equipped with the knowledge and skills to attempt the activity with more success
• a preparation checklist for teachers to obtain the required apparatus and materials.  Suggestions on where the items can be obtained are provided where applicable.
• How It Can Be Done - This section suggests the procedures to follow when carrying out the activity.  The suggested procedures are not exhaustive.  Depending on the time or resources available, teachers may vary how they carry out the activity, for example, by demonstration or by group work.
• Tips And Time-Savers - This section provides tips on carrying out the activity efficiently, effectively and safely.  Alternative activities and possible errors to watch out for are included where possible.

·         Notes On Observations And Results - This section provides brief notes on the expected observations and results.  Suggested solutions/ideas have been included where possible.
