MPH Science More Notes aims to stimulate young minds of pupils and kindle their interest to find out about things around them.
More Notes is written specially for teachers using the MPH Science textbook. This teacher's handbook is designed to supplement the textbook by offering background information on all the topics specified in the latest Science syllabus set by the (Singapore) Ministry of Education. The aim is to provide teachers with sufficient relevant information to enable them to help pupils increase their understanding and interest in Science. Useful features include simple experiments to reinforce ideas, common mistakes made by pupils, and interesting facts and poems to make lessons more engaging. In addition, in line with the Ministry of Education's objective to enhance the learning of the Life Sciences in schools, the sections on the Life Sciences have been especially emphasised in terms of the depth and the scope covered.

MPH Science is ideal for both classroom and home use for 3rd - 6th grades. (If your kids are in 1st or 2nd grades, we recommend Earlybird Start-Up Science or Let's Learn Science).
The MPH Science Teacher-assist Packs are best suited for classroom use.
The Activity Book Teacher Edition is useful to have for all answers to the questions and activities in the Activity Book are found in the T.E.
There is no need for placement test for MPH Science.
Note: Formal instruction in science in Singapore does not begin until 3rd grade, hence this series is pretty basic at the 3rd grade level.
