MPH Science Textbook Teacher's Edition has occasional teaching hints and answers to discussion questions encountered in the textbook. Other than these hints and answers, written in the margins, the textbook Teacher's Edition is identical to the textbook. The textbook does not have end-of-chapter or unit questions (those are in the workbook).
MPH Science is ideal for both classroom and home use for 3rd - 6th grades. (If your kids are in 1st or 2nd grades, we recommend Earlybird Start-Up Science or Let's Learn Science).
The MPH Science Teacher-assist Packs are best suited for classroom use.
The Activity Book Teacher Edition is useful to have for all answers to the questions and activities in the Activity Book are found in the T.E.
There is no need for placement test for MPH Science.
Note: Formal instruction in science in Singapore does not begin until 3rd grade, hence this series is pretty basic at the 3rd grade level.
