My Pals are Here! Science Teacher’s Guides are detailed and comprehensive guides to equip teachers for inquiry-based teaching. During the inquiry process, teachers take on the role for facilitators to spark curiosity, cultivate the skills needed for inquiry, and guide pupils along the way.
The guides include an overview of each theme and chapter, background material for teachers, lesson plans, textbook wraparound, and activity wraparound. The wraparound is a reduced-size page of the textbook or activity book with notes on the contents, enrichment information and activities, and common misconceptions. The wraparound for the activity books includes answers printed on the image of the page from the activity book.
There are four guides, one for each of the four themes: Cycles, Systems, Interactions, and Energy.
