How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Options and their prices. If you decide to complete your order, you will be prompted for payment information.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours after we receive payment from you. Occasionally, there will be delay if the items you ordered are out of stock. There will be no shipment or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Actual delivery of order will depend upon shipping option and destination. We are located in Oregon. For orders shipped by UPS, a shipping notification with tracking information will be emailed to you.  
 
Shipping Options:
  • U.S. 48 states - UPS Ground
  • U.S. 50 states - UPS 2nd Day (this is not the same as UPS Next Day -please allow up to 48 hrs order processing time - this option will still take a minimum of 3 business days)
  • HI, AK, US territories, APO and FPO - USPS Priority Mail
  • Canada - USPS Priority Mail International (Customers are responsible for payment of Canadian taxes, Canada Customs duties and Customs fees)
  • I forgot my password.
      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
    How do I return my product?

    I received the wrong product.
      If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at customerservice@singaporemath.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    When will my order ship?
