How do I return an item?

  • SingaporeMath.com Inc has a 60-day return policy. We do not do exchange.
  • Returned items must have been purchased directly from SingaporeMath.com Inc. We do not accept items purchased through other vendors. 
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee for returns.
  • Returned items must be unused and be in resalable condition.
  • Materials returned after 60 days and/or in non-resalable condition will not receive a refund, nor will we return these materials to you. 
  • Please return all items in a box of the right size (no envelopes), and use lots of packing material (not newspaper).
  • Please return items to 404 Beavercreek Road, #225, Oregon City, OR 97045.
  • Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip to ensure proper credit.
  • CD-ROMs (once opened) are strictly non-returnable. 
  • Manipulatives are non-returnable. 
  • Items sold in the Damaged and Clearance Sale Corner are non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for, and do not accept any return on any items that you purchased from our distributors.
