Can I pay my online order with a check?
 
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. 

Can I place my order over the phone?
 
No. We do not take phone orders. Please order online.
How can I put more than one thing in my cart?
  You must use a browser with cookies enabled for this site.
Why do items keep disappearing from my basket?
  Cookies need to be enabled in order for the shopping cart to work.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
  We do not sell gift certificates.
How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
What are my payment choices?
 
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  We do not accept checks.
Your card will only be charged after shipment has been made.

Shipping Options

We offer free ground shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $50 or more.

For orders less than $50, the following options are available:

  • $8.00 USPS Standard: U.S. 48 states
  • UPS Ground: U.S. 48 states
  • UPS 2nd Day: U.S. 48 states
  • USPS Priority: HI, AK, US territories, APO, FPO, and DPO
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Canada (Customers are responsible for payment of Canadian taxes, Canada Customs duties and Customs fees)

Most order are shipped within 2 business days from the purchase date.


Track Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If the order has not yet been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” you can still edit your order.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 60 days in original condition for a 100% refund.

We do not accept exchanges. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please return all items in a box (no envelopes) wrapped in plenty of packing material (no newspaper). Include a copy of your invoice.

Return Rules

  • Items returned between 61-180 days will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after 180 days.
  • Materials returned in damaged condition will not receive a refund.
  • Manipulatives and all sale items are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns on any items purchased from our distributors.

How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
