How to Order

Schools and Districts may place orders any of the following ways:

Credit/Debit Card (preferred)

To place an order online using a credit/debit card, please complete the following steps:

1. Visit the My Account page, and log in using your organization’s account credentials. If your organization does not yet have an account with us, please reach out to school@singaporemath.com to request a purchasing account for your organization. Our Guest Checkout may also be used for orders placed via credit/debit card.

2. Add your desired items and quantities to your cart at the shop page and continue the checkout process.

3. Enter debit/credit card payment information and carefully ensure all information shown on the checkout page is accurate.

4. Click the “Pay Now” button.

Purchase Order

To place an order online using a purchase order, please complete the following steps:

1. Visit the My Account page, and log in using your organization’s account credentials. You must be logged in to your organization’s account before you may proceed with placing an order via PO. If your organization does not yet have an account with us, you must reach out to school@singaporemath.com to create one before you will be able to submit a PO.

2. Add your desired items and quantities to your cart at the shop page and continue the checkout process.

3. On the Checkout page, enter the billing and shipping details and upload a formal purchase order. Please note that all orders placed by PO must include a formal PO attachment using the link at the bottom of the checkout page.

4. To upload your PO: Enter your purchase order number in the Purchase Order payment field under payment options at the bottom of the checkout screen. Click the upload arrow to select your desired file. Be sure to click the “Upload PDF” button after you’ve uploaded your file. The checkmark will turn green once the file has been successfully uploaded.

5. Please carefully ensure all information shown on the checkout page is accurate and matches your uploaded PO. Press the “Place Order” button. An order confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address on file for your organization. The order will be shipped to the ship-to address entered on the checkout page.

Please include the following information in your purchase order:

• Institution name in letterhead
• Purchase order number
• Authorized signature
• Contact person’s name
• Contact person’s number
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Accounts payable contact name
• Accounts payable contact number
• Product titles and quantity
• Shipping amount
• Total purchase amount

Is your organization tax-exempt?

Email school@singaporemath.com to request a tax-exempt purchasing account. Please include a copy of your state-issued tax-exemption certificate, along with your organization’s name and billing address.

Shipping Rates

Orders placed via Credit Card

• 48 states: Orders under $65 pay $8.50 for standard shipping. Orders that are $65 or more receive free shipping.

• Alaska and Hawaii: Orders under $30 pay an $18 shipping fee. Orders that are $30 or more pay a shipping fee that's automatically calculated at checkout.

• International: Calculated at checkout.

Orders placed via Purchase Order

• Orders placed via Purchase Order are subject to a separate shipping and processing fee. Please email school@singaporemath.com for all shipping details.
