What programs are available to me on Singapore Math Hub?
Primary SIE digital subscriptions are available to both schools and families. Dimensions Math digital subscriptions are only available to traditional, in-person schools and must be purchased via purchase order.

How do I access my digital subscription?
After you purchase a Primary Mathematics Singapore Math Edition product, you will receive an email invitation to activate your digital license. Follow the instructions in the email. You can log into the Singapore Math Hub at hub.singaporemath.com.
What resources are included in the Primary Mathematics Singapore Math Edition digital subscription?
Each Primary Mathematics Singapore Math Edition purchase includes a subscription to the Singapore Math Hub, where you can access digital Teacher resources that correspond to the books purchased, including Teacher's Guide eBook, worksheets, quizzes, answer keys, extra chapter, and Professional Development videos.

How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, go to the login page and select Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
If you are logged in but want to reset your password, click the icon in the upper right corner and select Profile. Then, click Change Password and complete the followign steps.
How long do subscriptions last?
Singapore Math Hub subscriptions last for one year from the date of activation.
When does my subscription start?
After you make a purchase including Primary Mathematics Singapore Math Edition, you will receive an email invitation to activate your subscription. In that email, you will be asked to click a button to activate your subscription. The date that you click this button is the date that your subscription starts. You must activate your license within a year of purchase.

What is included in the Singapore Math Hub subscription?
The Singapore Math Hub provides access to eBooks and additional teaching resources that support your curriculum. You can preview curriculum available on the Singapore Math Hub info page before your purchase.
I didn’t receive my activation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there. If you still cannot find the activation email, please contact customer support so we can resend the activation instructions.

Can more than one user share the same account?
Digital Hub subscriptions are intended for a single user. Each teacher should have their own account to access the platform and resources.
