Shipping (U.S. & Canada)
For orders less than $50, the following options are available:
- $8.00 USPS Standard: U.S. 48 states
- UPS Ground: U.S. 48 states
- UPS 2nd Day: U.S. 48 states
- USPS Priority: HI, AK, US territories, APO, FPO, and DPO
- USPS Priority Mail International: Canada (Customers are responsible for payment of Canadian taxes, Canada Customs duties and Customs fees)
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery with DHL.
Please note that after an order has been shipped we are unable to amend delivery details.
We are not responsible for any import duties.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our customer service team (email@example.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
Returns (U.S. & International)
You may return items in original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a 100% refund.
We do not refund or pay for shipping charges related to returns.
We do not accept exchanges.
Items returned with any amount of wear or damage will receive a partial refund.
Manipulatives, eBooks, Videos, and all sale items are final sale.
We do not accept returns on any items purchased from our distributors.
Please return all items in a box (no envelopes) wrapped in plenty of packing material,
